Mrs. Mocci and the Grade 4 class were very excited to release the Sockey Salmon that they raised to the fry stage as part of the Okanagan Nation Alliance Fish in Schools (FinS) education program. The students had so much fun and felt honoured to be a part of the Sylix Okanagan Nation Ceremonial release, which aims to preserve and replenish the Sockey Salmon in our area. Thank you, Grade 4 students, for being good stewards of God's Creatures and Creation.
